It has been a busy week, to say the least.
Okay, shall start with Monday. Home-Based Learning. I didn't hate it, neither did I love it.
Pros of HBL: Can wake up late, can eat whenever I want to, can procrastinate whenever I want to 8D
Cons of HBL: Got a freakload of homework to complete.
So then, Tuesday. School was uber boring, but was really looking forward to YOG WAG prelims after that! (: So after school ended, Batch (except Cheryl, who met us at the MRT) made our way to the MRT and then to my house after that. (: It was really cool to see all of my batchmates in my house. (: Ate some cakes. Then we went to Bishan stadium! It was really cool! Everything looks super professional and neat.
And omg the gymnasts are FREAKING PRO. Especially this girl from Russia, Viktoria Komova. Really really really pro. She stuck almost all her landings for all the apparatus! And I didn't see her have a single fall at all. Even during the practices. She does an ARABIAN on the beam okay! And a 2 1/2 twist double layout Uchenko for vault!!! Freaking crazy.
The experience was super fun and exciting! I'm really glad I was able to go for this, cause even though it was the prelims only, the atmosphere was really good. And I can be content knowing that in my life, I have watched an international gym competition live once. (:
And Wednesday was too boring to be even mentioned.
Thursday, school was okay lah. After school had teachers' day concert prep. HAHA was epic lah! Our pyramids are mostly FAIL but got quite a few successful ones.
Friday, today. Had gym concert prep after school. Was quite productive! Taught most of the JB part, just need to piece it altogether!
Tomorrow training will be concert prep... :/ But y'know what, I'd rather train. After watching MIOBI and YOG, I really want to do my best for gym. To try new stuff! I will never know what I am capable of doing if I don't try. (: I don't care if I don't go for comp next year. Really, I don't! I'm not saying this like a sore loser, I just think that deserving people should go. And others deserve it more than me, so I am okay with that! All I want to do is improve myself. To improve my skills. Competing isn't important! The most important is doing what I want to accomplish. (:
Sigh... I feel quite sad for Joyce. I know we weren't exactly nice to her this year, and I definitely feel ashamed. I feel like a hypocrite for even THINKING that she was not being tactful and that she lacked empathy. How about me? Did I ever stop to think how she'd feel to be ignored by us? About her feelings? It is quite appalling about how she had to become really emotional distressed before I realize how unfairly I've been treating her. And Susan, whoever she is, has really taken it too far. Telling Joyce about her flaws is one thing. Continuously flaming her and insulting her is just plain low. No one should be subjected to that kind of derogatory insults. Joyce, if you ever see this, I'm sorry.

I am so bored now lah. I have homework, but I can't seem to do any of them, for some reason or another. So I shall blog now!
Hmm let's see. Oh yes we got back a lot of stuff (e.g. SAs/AAs/SPAs) on Thursday. I did pretty well in all (except in SS that was horrible) so I was rather happy. (:
And today was boring. Went to church for some feast day preparation thingo but I didnt need to do much. So I went home.
I'm seriously damn bored now. Going to sleep.

I am gonna talk about how awesome MIOBI is. For you noobs out there, MIOBI stands for Make It Or Break It. And it is a Really Good TV series! (:
And the best of all.... IT IS ABOUT GYM!!!!! :D So cool right! And they are so awesome. And Damon Young is Really Really Really Really Really Hot. AHHH he is the best. And he is super sweet also (:
And it is making me feel very motivated and inspired about gym! Now, I am trying to do my best at everything I do during training. Like today, we were doing vault. Before, I would just whine a lot when Zhao made me do harder stuff like roundoff. But today I just felt like I needed to do accomplish something, to improve. So, I did my roundoffs properly and now we are progressing off to sukahara!! WHOO omg if I can do sukahara I will feel so pro ahaha (:
I hope that I can always be this motivated in gym. I know I have the ability. I know that I can do anything if I try. It is just a matter of how hard I try. I really want to achieve my best. I WILL TRY MY BEST. (:

A very Happy National Day to all Singaporeans!! And a Happy 45th birthday to Singapore! I think we have made a lot of progress from the fishing village that we once were, don't you?
I feel quite bad for only feeling patriotic during August, but I guess that is the way it is... :/ I mean Singaporeans aren't the Rah-Rah and enthusiastic type (except when it comes to K-pop -.-) and we don't really express our undying love for the country at all. But, during National Day, don't you feel more... love for Singapore? (:
This is home!! Ahh that song is the best lah.

All I did today was go to church. Saw something that made me smile a lot after mass (((: Really, to see these type of things nowadays is really super rare. It made me have a warm fuzzy feeling inside. Then after that I thought everything was so beautiful! The colour of the sky, the way the aunty beside me was drinking her coffee, the peacefulness of the morning. :D Omg it was so cute that I can't help myself from smiling, even now. :D
It is funny how something that you merely observe from a distance can have such a big impact on your life!
It is just like a rainbow. A mere phenomenon a rainbow is, but the joy that it can bring to some people is indescribable. Whenever I see a rainbow, I am always so happy to think that someone out there is smiling at it, just like me! (: I want to be like a rainbow. To have the ability to make people smile. To make their lives beautiful. To let them see how wonderful the world can be!
Someday, I will find out the secret of making people happy. Then the world will be a better place. (: People will be genuinely smiling at each other permanently. Oh, how I wish that people had more love for each other. Life would be wonderful.
Oh since I am in a super good mood now, I shall list down the smells which I love:
1. Grass
2. Coffee (but not the taste!)
3. Hotel toilets
4. My bed (:
5. Petrol
6. My shampoo (:
7. Empty MRTs
8. Leather chairs (especially the one in my living room)
9. Trees after a rain
10. Sunned clothes
11. Tissue paper.
That's about it! I think there's more, but I can't really visualize the smells right now, since I have a blocked nose. :/ HAHA.

Hello! National Day is coming soon! Are you feeling patriotic? (:
So, anyway, today was the National Day celebrations in school! So, to celebrate the occasion, I painted my nails red and white!! (:

d. Haha Sherilyn said that it looked like a dice. So anyway, I was painting them yesterday, and it took super long to do. > 1hour! But it looks nice, so the time spent was worth it. :D
And anyway today, I went to school and we put on hairspray and facepaint! Well just hairspray for me lah. HAHA Mango looked so funny with her football fan-ish facepaint!!
Then at 7.00 Karen and I went down for the SYATP thing. I felt that it had a great atmosphere, but it didn't really feel right, not doing the sign of the cross after praying. It just comes so naturally for me, doing the sign of the cross. Karen and I are contemplating having a Catholic prayer thing and with praise and worship as well! Ahh I love praise and worship. (:
So after that we went for the parade thing in the
parade square. All I remember of it was hot, hot, hot. Actually it wasn't HOT as in sunny, but HOT as in extremely extremely extremely HUMID. Sweated until my whole shirt was soaked. I know this might sound super gross but everyone was like that!! Don't bluff I bet you were like that also.
And the weirdos behind me (i.e. Reetz, Sicheng, Lishuan, Cass, Mango) were camwhoring all the way but doing it discretely, as -insert C word here- was watching from behind! HAHA. Reetz and Sicheng damn fail lah. They were insisting that their photos were artistic. Artistic my ass lah.
Then we moved to... oh yes the amphi. Wah 1st time we got to sit in the amphi for National Day celebrations!!! But it was super squashed. And my butt hurt after awhile. Fashion parade was okay. Some classes were really funny but some were boring. Then was the singing. Ahh I loved the highness of the school when we were singing! We were all bouncing up and down.
And 311 rocks man we bounced the highest. ((:
Then after the celebrations
was Bio. -.- Lousy lah everyone didnt have the mood. So freaking hot somemore. So Lishuan Eleanor and I finished our experiment super quickly and we left! (:
Then Gwen Cheryl and I went for lunch at 313@Somerset. I love that mall! Got so many brilliant shops. We had lunch at Subway and then we went window shopping after that. (: We were both excited (cause we were imagining ourselves in the clothes) and sad (cause we knew that we could never by those clothes) at the same time. I shall save my money and buy clothes
next time. (:
Then blahblahblah then I went to Hengyeng's house with Christina and Roanna!! Camwhored with my mac at first...
Haha! Then we watched Mulan 2, baked chocolate chip, oreo and teh tarik (i know damn cool right!) cupcakes! Haha! I love the Indomee (spl?) that Hengyeng's mum cooked for us! (: Super nice. And then after that we filmed a movie! HAHA a Harry Potter spoof (: Ro was Harry and Hagrid. Super funny filming lah. ((:

Hey friends! Sorry I haven't been posting in a while. Had no time to procrastinate these past few days. But now I am freaking happy now that SS and Chinese and Geog PT are over... I can slack and not feel guilty! (:
The past few days were boring. Can't really remember much of what happened. So anyway, today I had both SS and Chinese speeches and I had to hand up Geog PT as well. So basically I was freaking out the past few days. Really badly. AHAHA.
I am really really thankful for all the help I got with my Chinese speech. They are really life-savers. Cannot mention names here, later got what disciplinary action shit then I will cause them to be punished. So, too bad you kaypohs, no names! :D
So Chinese speech today was okay. But Fangda did hers today also and we both did xiaohaibuben. And hers was super good! So mine in comparison is like T.T But whatever. My Chinese is fated to be lousy.
And then English/SS after school was fine too. Really screwed up Q&A, was rambling on about crap ahaha. Lishuan the best: "Can you repeat your question?" HAHA.
I cant wait for Friday! Super short day, then afterwards is FUN FUN FUN! :D Ahaha! 311 rocks man our idea for Friday is super (Y). <--- That means awesome, all you noobs. Super excited for Cheryl and my our nail plans!! But I think that I will fail! I'm super lousy at stuff like that ): But nevermind, I'll try. :D
Ahh this feeling of slacking is so fun and wonderful. I want to feel like this more often!

Hello! Today is the first day of August! An exciting month yeah!
Today was a normal Sunday. Went for church in the morning. Was 1 minute late cause of the terrible weather. You know today I woke up at 5 plus (Damn early, I know) cause it was raining and I could feel the rain on my face. And it was raining really really really hard. I got quite scared because I was looking out of the window and I saw the trees swaying really really badly and I thought they were all gonna be uprooted. But went back to sleep anyway. HAHA.
Anyway, church today was quite good! There was this visiting priest who looked really young. His sermon was quite relatable to me cause I am young too (HAHA). Can't remember the details but today was all about materialism. Something which I have been thinking of recently. One of the readings had this verse in it, "Rid yourself of earthly things" or something like that. I mean, when you die, you leave everything on this world behind. Everything that you have worked so hard for when you were alive, they don't mean a single thing when you are dead! The only thing that matters is your relationship with God. Whether you have led a life filled with Love or one with evil. I find this to be a message from God. A message to be less materialistic. I should try to bring myself closer to God, by clearing my mind of earthly things, and trying to show love through my daily actions.
Then, catechism. Today was damn lame lah! Cause only Jeremy was there (cause Greg and Mark fell sick... although we all doubt the truth about that...) and he didn't even know what to teach! So we mainly talked about stuff, which I can't reveal here cause we all made a promise!
Then went to AMK Hub to eat lunch with Papa and Brandon! :D Went to Popeye's to eat fried chicken. OMG I forgot I'm supposed to be on a diet. Nevermind it can start tomorrow. HAHA. And I was fairly productive at home, cause I completed my Geog PT product WOOHOO!!!!! GEOG PT DOWN. :D :D :D
And on a random side note, I really wonder why this is affecting me so much. Really. Why should I care. I know I shouldn't care, but I CAN'T HELP IT OMG. )): Ahhh!!! I hate this!!!
Oh Hengyeng and I have PLANS ahaha. Cannot say them here, because we will be really malu if we fail AHAHA omg this is so lame.
Can't wait for Friday! Hengyeng Christina Roanna and I are going to Hengyeng's house for Guitar Heroes and baking and fun!! :D Gonna be awesome. Friday faster comeee. Maybe batch can plan something on Monday/Tuesday then it'll be even awesome-r!! I love long weekends! (:
